C Bajje Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

C Bajje (cbajje.casino) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between C Bajje and the user of the platform ("Member").

Providing accurate and complete information when registering at C Bajje is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and any balance forfeited.

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be terminated and all bonuses forfeited.

• Your account is personal — it must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to Support immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use C Bajje's gaming services. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies under all circumstances without exception.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. This is required prior to withdrawal or for security verification purposes.

C Bajje supports multiple Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Dutch-Bangla Bank Transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bonuses are generally credited to your bonus balance. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement. For most bonuses at C Bajje, this is just 1x.

• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• The Captains Bounty Program has its own loyalty terms and conditions.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
• C Bajje reserves the right to discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Betting on C Bajje is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a technical error requires it to be voided.

Sports bets are settled promptly once the match result is confirmed — typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours of the match ending.

• Bets placed due to odds errors may be voided.
• Bet limits are determined by account type and tier.
• Placing the same bet from multiple accounts will result in all such bets being voided.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the C Bajje platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Fraud, Money Laundering, or Illegal Activity
• Using Bots or Automated Software for Betting
• Operating Multiple Accounts for the Same Individual
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Bonus System Abuse
• Participation in match-fixing or sports corruption

Members may close their account at any time by contacting Support. The account will be closed within 24 hours of the request. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn.

C Bajje may terminate or suspend an account for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, provision of false information, or legal obligation.

If your issue remains unresolved after contacting support, you may escalate your complaint to an independent regulatory body. C Bajje complies with the directives of its licensing authority.
